Programme countries: applicants who are nationals of the 27 EU Member States, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Serbia and Turkey.
Partner countries: applicants from any other country in the world, provided they are not currently residents of these eligible programme countries (above), nor have carried out their main activity (studies, work, etc.) for more than a total of 12 months over the last five years in one of these countries. Students with a Partner Country nationality who do not fulfil the Partner Country criteria defined above (12-month rule) count as Programme Country students. Students with a double nationality (of Partner and Programme Country) must specify the nationality under which they submit their application.
Partner country scholarship: Gives the individual student a monthly allowance of 1 000 EUR for living expenses for 24 months (not when in country of residence, and max 3 months in any Partner Country). Tuition fees and other participation costs are covered in additon to the allowance and not paid by students directly.
Total partner country scholarship: up to 49 000 EUR depending on travel and installation costs
Programme country scholarship: Gives the individual student a monthly allowance of 1 000 EUR for living expenses for 24 months (not when in country of residence). Tuition fees and other participation costs are covered in additon to the allowance and not paid by students directly.
Total programme country scholarship: up to 40 000 EUR depending on travel and installation costs

Important: The self-funded student application process will also be organised according to applicant categories – please indicate whether you apply as Programme or as Partner country student.
In order to participate in the Master Programme of Choreomundus, International Master in Dance Knowledge, Practice and Heritage, the Student is required to pay the Choreomundus participation costs.
For students from Partner countries the participation costs are in total 18 000 EUR for a two-year programme, that is 4 500 EUR per semester.
For students from Programme countries the participation costs are in total 9 000 EUR for a two-year programme, that is 2 250 EUR per semester.
